API / Integration*

• Digital Billboard™ Introduction. (SIG-2271) This new SIGNiX feature can prompt signers to take an action once their signing session is complete by displaying an image on the Finished Signing page. Clicking on the image will redirect the signer to a designated page. The image, link, location, size, ALT text and a hover image can be customized for EACH signer in a SIGNiX transaction through a few additional elements in the SIGNiX SubmitDocument API call. This new marketing call-to-action feature allows for many possible use cases...

  • Just opened a deposit account?...now you also have the option to open a loan with your credit union

  • Refinanced your auto lease?...now you can also access a discounted service plan

  • Get advice on your portfolio now that you have transferred your assets

• Resolved issue where Send Tab was able to be accessed when using a GAL-Submitter call for an In-Process or Suspended transaction. The Send tab is designed only for unstarted transactions. (SIG-748, 2305)

User Experience 

• Corporate Administrators will now be able to manage their own accounts, user and workgroups for a new Account Management screen accessible from the User Profile icon. From this new screen they can access read-only information about the account itself, add and remove users*, access a list of all users in their account, manage workgroup membership and permissions, and even adjust certain preferences that were historically set internally by SIGNiX Support, such as date field defaults, formatting and other items. (SIG-1942, 2128, 2129, 2316, 2317, 2318, 2321)

• MassMailer transactions can now be saved as and started from templates. The downloaded CSV report now also properly handles commas in field inputs. (SIG-1949, 2287)

Architecture

• Substantially improved internal account creation and management functionality to speed account onboarding and prepare the way for more fully automated onboarding in the near future. (SIG-797, 861, 864, 876, 1719, 2122, 2141, 2148, 2197, 2257, 2294)

• Upgraded internal JDK version. (SIG-2198)

• Various fixes for quality-of-life and security issues. (SIG-2291, 2296, 2298, 2312)

Other Items

• Improved accessibility of User Profile custom controls. (SIG-2078)

• Resolved instances of rare data table errors. (SIG-2210)
• Fixed issue where signature could be placed off-screen, creating issues with completing transaction (SIG-2232)
• Addressed odd issue where adding a date field to an Initial task would lock up the user interface. (SIG-2282)
• Resolved numerous issues between SIGNiX and upcoming Notary Service application (SIG-2262, 2265, 2300)
• Repaired issue where template lock wasn't being applied in all circumstances. (SIG-2284)
