August 2023 Patch #2: Release Notes
This minor patch introduces a critical authentication upgrade mandated by Zoom. We have also made several minor quality-of-life updates to the user experience around Zoom meetings and how they are reflected in the long form audit trail and Certificate of Completion.

User Experience
- Provide more accurate status for Zoom meetings on Status screen before, during and after transaction completion. (SIG-1864)
Notary
- Fixed issue where new notaries received an error when adding profile (ie: commission) information to the notary profile page.
Architecture
- Updated authentication method for Zoom integration per Zoom requirements, as well as addressed other implications of change. NOTE: notary & signers will see not any change to their interaction with Zoom as these changes are behind the scenes. (SIG-1604)
- Certificate of Completion now more specifically lists all Zoom meetings that may have taken place as part of a notarial transaction. (SIG-1938)
- Improved listing of all Online Meeting events, such as Rescheduled and Bypassed, as well as certain SMS events, in long-form audit trail. (SIG-1936, 1947)
