API / Integration*

• Adding a 'complete' notification to provide iFrame integrations an additional trigger at the conclusion of signing (SIG-1014)

User Experience

• Improved clarity of error message when transaction is suspended, cancelled or expired (SIG-1216)
• Introducing lock functionality on MyDoX saved templates so that authors can control edits (SIG-1246)
• Addressed issue when CC list entries are added via the Address Book (SIG-1466)
• Default size of signatures, initials & date fields increased to improve visibility (SIG-1562)
• Improving visibility of background around documents in signing experience (SIG-1703)
• Addressed issue where signer could be removed from transaction at inopportune times (SIG-1734)
• Resolved issue where repeated Save As / Save commands on an unstarted transaction could produce an error (SIG-1824)

Notary

• Added warning dialog for compliance purposes when notary changes commission info (SIG-1542)
• Updates to Certificate of Completion now include all notary transaction information as well as inclusion of other pertinent info (SIG-1561)
• Added "Notarization facilitated by SIGNiX(R)" into the statement below the notary seal to meet additional compliance requirements (SIG-1735)
• Fixed issue where Notary ID Pass/Fail screen wasn't always appearing in integrations (SIG-1694)
• Fixed issue where notary could schedule a meeting without specifying the time and date of said meeting (SIG-1704)
• Fixed minor internal issue with certificate import (SIG-1601)
• Improved messaging to notary when holding emails from signers and starting a transaction (SIG-1741)
• Removed 'optional field' messaging to notary at signing when no optional field existed (other than seal) to remove confusion (SIG-1742)
• Online meeting scheduling. Dialog has been improved to make it less confusing (SIG-1782), including updating timezone that is displayed to notary when scheduling online meeting to automatically match their default timezone (SIG-1748)
• Added optional capability to determine & require presence of signers in Zoom meeting room prior to signing.* (SIG-1510)
  
  
• Resolved more instances where hidden PDF attributes would cause notary seal image to rotate when applied. (SIG-1927)

Architecture

• New authentication method now available! - ID Verify - Features automated credential analysis plus selfie biometric - for notary and non-notary transactions. Automatically scans an identification method (driver's license, passport, etc. and then requests signer to take a selfie with liveness detection to compare against the credential that's been presented.* (SIG-1839)
• Updated integrations to key third party tools (Mailgun, Zoom) (SIG-1585)
• Enhanced controls for SIGNiX internal users on integration accounts (SIG-1193)
• Improved behavior on Certificate of Completion when sequential signers are using same computer (SIG-1464)
• Fixed issue where Quit/Close button wasn't always cancelling session (SIG-1574)
• Updates to wizard and signing experience document rendering resolution / clarity (SIG-1577)
• Introduced new feature to add a custom graphic and link for marketing or other purposes on Finished Signing page.* (SIG-1712)
• Session timeout has been updated to 15 minutes, based on customer feedback (SIG-1749)
• Fixed issue where API-initiated and other transactions were not being handled properly in Dashboard / Wizard (SIG-1811,1816, 1819, 1820, 1889, 1928)
• Improved behavior of system when dealing with previously signed documents (SIG-1847, 1899)
• Minor API and other improvements (SIG-1872, 1878, 1882, 1884, 1885, 1894, 1898)

Other Items

• Bounced email events now include the email in question (SIG-923)
• New internal reports (SIG-1545)
• Bug fixes for other internal reports (SIG-1890)
