API / Integration*

• Updated DownloadDocument call to allow for download of the audit trail only. This can be useful in certain situations where signed documents are being downloaded in alternate ways. (SIG-2010)

• Updated GetAccessLink for signer to generate an optional 'permanent' pick-up link to the transaction as opposed to the default 60-second temporary link. This may be helpful in certain workflows where emails are not being delivered or are being sent by the integrating system. (SIG-2082)

• Validation of signer names updated to block email addresses and @ symbols from first, middle or last names (SIG-2034) 

User Experience 

• Resolved rare issue where a submitter could click on a series of tags / fields for multiple signers in the Wizard and the subsequent task dragged out from the toolbar would be assigned to a signer the submitter did not expect, causing them to redo the task. Now, when a submitter clicks on a field belonging to a signer, that signer's name is reflected in the dropdown, and will be assigned the next field dragged from the toolbar. (SIG-2170)

• Checkboxes can now be defaulted to optional when added to documents (as opposed to mandatory) at an account level, eliminating the need for a user to handle this manually. (SIG-1956)

• Addressed issue when saving a transaction a dialog would appear that referenced saving a template, mistakenly. (SIG-2071)

• Optimization improvements made to application, inter-server and application server architecture. (SIG-2214)

• Improved statistics for tracking request processing time. (SIG-2216)

Known Issues

• Rare 'datatable' error displayed in certain scenarios in Wizard. SIGNiX continues to try to reproduce reported error.
