June 2026 Update: Release Notes
SIGNiX is excited to unveil dramatic mobile experience improvements, making signing on a small screen with SIGNiX much easier than in previous releases. In addition, SIGNiX is rolling out other new fixes and updates based on client requests and user feedback.

API / Integration*
-
Added a new optional parameter to the SubmitDocument API call to allow integrators to lock documents sent in the request from editing later in the document lifecycle, for example, during a GetAccessLink-Submitter call. This client-requested feature prevents users from deleting the locked documents or altering the tags on them and are shown as "Read Only" in the embedded wizard. (SIG-2437)
-
Addressed an issue where the <DistributionEmailContent> wasn't being properly displayed in resulting emails. (SIG-2880)
-
Fixed a bug where adding a signer in a GetAccessLink - Submitter session and then deleting a previous one that had been added programmatically prior would result in a misordering of the remaining signers. (SIG-2860)
User Experience
-
Improved mobile phone signing experience! Reduced interaction clutter to focus on documents and key actions required while reviewing and signing documents on a smaller screen. Text and buttons are centered to better adapt to mobile user expectations. (SIG-2912, 2953, 2808, 2953)

-
Updated fonts across the user interface (dashboard, wizard and signing) to be consistent with marketing brand standards. (SIG-2942, 2959)
-
Implemented new progress bar and other UX elements into desktop signing experience as well. (SIG-2841, 2950, 2951, 2970, 2981)
-
Removed Read Legal Consent button. Legal Consent is now visible as a link from the welcome text, like the terms of service. (SIG-2915, 2960)
- Updating the appearance of the Sign/Initial flags to be more visible. (SIG-2916)
-
In the View History visible within the Status page, emails are now rendered fully instead if just displaying the HTML code. This doesn't change how they are depicted in the audit trail or Certificate of Completion - just the interactive View History. (SIG-2946)

-
Provided new functionality to allow submitters to choose whether documents in a transaction that were not acted upon by a particular signer can be downloaded by that signer at the conclusion of a transaction. (SIG-1128)
- MassMailers can now be started properly from a placeholder-based template. (SIG-2292)
-
Fixed a bug where emailing the results of transactions from the bulk Transactions selection toolbar would not successfully send the results, despite displaying a successful message. (SIG-2322)
-
Submitters in the Dashboard can now select transactions and download their names, status and dates in a CSV file if needed. (SIG-2599)
Notary
-
Calendar invite content updated to remove signer link from non-notary remote online notarization parties, so as not to conflict with intent of email hold. This can be re-enabled if desired. (SIG-2936, 2968)
Architecture
-
Implemented stricter Content Security Policy and Security Headers for integrators using embedding. If you are embedding SIGNiX in an iFrame in your application, be sure you share the embedding URLs with SIGNiX prior to the release of this update. (SIG-2763, 2766)
Other Items
-
Updated behavior where a cancellation email was sent to parties if a 'Suspend on Start' transaction was never resumed and then cancelled, leading to minor confusion by the signers. (SIG-2753)
-
Fixed a bug where all parallel signing parties were not receiving transaction suspended or cancellation emails. (SIG-2908)
-
Addressed rare issue where in multi-party transactions the signer name displayed in an email relating to password reset was incorrect - though the user, email and link were correct. (SIG-2913)
- Improved experience when using names with accents and other special characters. (SIG-2862)
-
Providing clients with a control to suppress the visibility of the email body content specifically in the View History dialog. (SIG-2934)
-
Fixing an issue where the date of the pickup and thank you emails in the Certificate of Completion (only) were missing after recent email code changes. (SIG-2949)
-
Fixed an issue where both Mandatory and Read Only options could be checked for a Checkbox in the Wizard. (SIG-2682)
- Minor changes to email editor (SIG-2958, 2972)
- Internal quality-of-life improvements (SIG-1990, 2904, 2974, 2975)
Known Issues
-
None.
