SIGNiX is rolling out a quick patch to address a minor issue when redirecting from the SIGNiX signing application after transaction completion on iOS devices.

Resolved an issue that appears only on iOS devices when (a) using a GetAccessLink-Signer URL and (b) when redirecting to a FinishURL after transaction completion. Prior to the fix, the waiting dialog would disappear before a longer-to-load, redirected webpage would appear, making it look to the signer as if the documents weren't complete when they actually were. With this patch, that waiting dialog no longer disappears. (Note that this did not occur on any other browsers or devices.) (SIG-2601)

Known Issues

There may be some focus and highlight issues during signing that do not work exactly as expected on mobile devices with smaller screens. SIGNiX is aware of these issues and is looking for a more permanent solution in Release 179.
