  • B2B Notary Profile & Seal Management API: Added a new B2B API call allowing integration partners to programmatically create, update, and manage notary profile records, including commission name, state, ID, expiration date, and real estate authorization, as well as upload notary seals via Base64 without requiring the notary to manually configure their profile in the SIGNiX portal. (SIG-3055)

  • Pre-populated Values for Text & Coordinate Tagging: Added support for the <Value> element in both text-anchor tagging and fixed X,Y coordinate-based tagging, enabling integrators to supply default text into text boxes or set checkboxes as checked upon document submission. (SIG-2547)

  • Transactional Branding - Logo & Colors: Added support in SubmitDocument to specify custom branding colors and client logos dynamically at the transaction level rather than relying solely on static account-level settings. (SIG-2940)

  • Improved JWT support for Secure Push Notifications: Updated implementation to support standard JWT formatting. (SIG-3062)


User Experience 

  • 2026 User Interface & Design Refresh: Refreshed the visual presentation across the Wizard, editor, and signing interfaces with a newer icon suite and cleaner dialog boxes with improved visual hierarchy. (SIG-3031, SIG-3050, SIG-3070)

  • Wizard Field Re-Assignment: Submitters can now change which party a field is assigned to directly from the field properties panel in the Wizard, eliminating the need to delete and recreate misplaced signature or input fields. (SIG-3018)

  • Wizard Field Type Conversion: Added the ability within the Signatures tab to convert an existing text field into an endorsement date field tied to a signature, as well as toggle between signature and initials fields. (SIG-3019)

  • Submitter MFA & Passkey Login: Submitters logging into MyDoX and other SIGNiX UI will now have the option to add MFA (such as third party authenticators and SMS OTP) as well as passkey support. This can be controlled by Corporate Administrators at an account level. (SIG-1905)

  • One-time Passcode Change: Signers will now receive an all-numeric passcode as opposed to the combined alphanumeric code sent previously. This will reduce confusion, especially when receiving a voice call with the code. (SIG-2939)

  • Status Tab Pick-up Link Button: Added a button on the Wizard Status tab allowing Corporate Administrators to quickly copy a signer's permanent pick-up link to provide direct access if an email was not received. Controlled via a new Client Preference. (SIG-2935)

  • Auto-Fill Signer Email into Text Fields: Added a field property option to automatically populate the signer’s email address into an assigned text field upon signing, complementing the existing name auto-fill feature. (SIG-3002)

  • Brand Center Dashboard Text Styling: Added a toggle in Brand Center settings allowing accounts to display standard black text across Dashboard and Wizard screens instead of defaulting to the account’s primary brand color. (SIG-3011)

  • Centralized Email Template Defaults: Introduced a global settings view in the Email Template editor allowing administrators to maintain standard disclaimers and support contact details as reusable variables across templates. (SIG-2923)

  • Administrative Reporting Tools: (STILL IN DEVELOPMENT) Corporate Administrators can now access a dedicated reporting dashboard in Account Administration to view and download CSV activity summaries, covering transaction volume, signer authentication methods, and notary seal usage. (SIG-1876)

  • Branded Signing Screen Links: Resolved an issue where Terms of Service and Legal Consent links on the signing welcome screen retained default green styling rather than inheriting the account’s primary brand color. (SIG-3027, SIG-3114)

  • Conditional Logic Enhancements: Improved conditional rule evaluation to trigger immediately upon field click rather than relying solely on tab or step navigation, and resolved logic handling for optional versus mandatory signatures and fixed-position fields. (SIG-2248, SIG-2252)

  • Automated Notary Commission & Seal Setup: Integration partners can now programmatically provision notary commissions and upload seal images directly via API. (SIG-3055)

  • Notary Journal Dialog Refresh: Modernized the notarial journal entry dialog with cleaner field labels and styling. (SIG-3115)

  • Wizard Notary Field Handling: Addressed an issue where deleting a notary field via the delete control failed to remove the element, and corrected party configuration so unchecking the notary option reliably updates the signer’s role. (SIG-3123, SIG-3170)

Architecture

  • PDF Engine Modernization: Migrated core document preparation and manipulation routines from legacy tools to an updated architecture. (SIG-2827)

  • PDF Viewer Upgrades: Updated the client-side document rendering library to the latest version for improved cross-browser stability and rendering fidelity. (SIG-3133)

  • Improved PDF Accessibility: Adding additional tags to the signatures, initials and notary stamps to allow for better accessibility support when using screen readers. (SIG-2983)

  • Mobile PDF Performance Optimization: Implemented mobile-specific rendering thresholds to dynamically adjust document loading based on file size and page count, with aim of mitigating blank screen issues on complex or lengthy mobile documents. (SIG-3064)

  • Group Signature Deprecation: Cleaned up legacy group signature API calls to streamline document workflow execution. (SIG-3082)

  • Stylesheet Optimization: Removed unused and redundant styling declarations to improve asset delivery times. (SIG-3058)

  • Digital Billboard Impression & Click Tracking: Introduced event tracking and metrics for the Digital Billboard feature, capturing impression counts and signer click-through activity categorized by client and target URL. (SIG-2843)

  • Form Field Detection Improvements: In preparation for general availability of the auto-tagging capabilities, added new features to better delineate discovered fields and to choose which types of fields are detected. (SIG-3065, 3066, 3075)

Other Items

  • Special Character Handling in Emails: Resolved an issue where a dollar sign ($) in customized email template text could prevent outgoing email delivery. (SIG-3105)

  • Multi-line Text Auto-sizing: Fixed an issue where long default text in multi-line fields did not scale down appropriately on the completed PDF. (SIG-3096)

  • Improving Automated Regression Suite: Adding automated testing into an integrated Playwright framework for faster continuous integration cycles. (SIG-3143)
