API / Integration*

  • New API call introduced for integrators sending many documents for signing and review. The AddDocument API allows a client to send an initial SubmitDocument call and then layer on more documents to that suspended transaction until all documents are loaded, at which time the transaction can be resumed. This may be preferred over sending all the documents in the first call, which can take a longer time to send, parse and respond. (SIG-2738)

  • Now return additional data in Fraud Alert™ API and webhook/push notifications to include phone number, email, IP, etc. (SIG-2710, 2719)

  • Fixed an issue where renaming a document during a GAL-Submitter session would remove the RefID for a user added document (SIG-2752)

  • Fixed issue where AJAX API call to resend a signer email had been failing (SIG-2748)
  • Updated the fixed coordinate (x,y) API to allow for naming of fields with the <TagName> parameter. (SIG-2848)

User Experience 


  • Corporate administrators can now directly edit the primary and secondary colors for their account as well as upload their own logo, forgoing the need to contact SIGNiX Support. In addition, if a default Digital Billboard can also be set depending on the account preferences. Contact SIGNiX for additional details! (SIG-2658, 2694, 2711, 2712)

  • Made changes to better reflect signature and other tag position on large canvas documents (larger than 8.5 x 11), i.e. engineering documents. (SIG-2693)

  • Fixed issue where signature field would drop in a different place when dragged after scrolling document. (SIG-2677)

  • Resolved rare issue where dialogs wouldn't close and would freeze interface (SIG-2730, 2817, 2850)

  • Improved sizing and cropping of uploaded signature images to take better advantage of available space in signature field. (SIG-2838)


Notary

  • As part of the email changes detailed below, SIGNiX is happy to announce that all RON meeting notifications will now send a calendar invite to the notary and all the signers that can easily be added to a calendar as a reminder of the scheduled meeting. The invite will contain a link to the meeting. (SIG-2580)

  • Improved how authentication successes and failures are communicated to the notary at the review stage, as well as on the audit trail. (SIG-2697)

  • Fixed issue with Back button when scheduling a Zoom meeting. (SIG-2743)

  • Resolved issue where Email Hold wasn't being maintained when the transaction was suspended and then resumed. (SIG-2747)

  • When a meeting is updated via the API via the Update Meeting call, an event will now be recorded for that change in the audit trail for reporting purposes in both source and target transactions. (SIG-2755)

  • Fixed a rare bug where the Stamp tool on the toolbar would stay visible after switching to a different signer (SIG-2807)

Architecture

  • Significant improvements to SIGNiX-delivered email notifications. All clients will now see HTML-formatted notification emails, with client logo and colors, if customized. In addition, clients will now have access to tools to directly edit the email templates to allow for in-depth customization of all emails sent through SIGNiX. (SIG-2561, 2825, 2826, 2828, 2829, 2833, 2840, 2845, 2867) 

  • Resolved critical issue where in-flight transactions during a signing outage would become 'stuck' in an errored state. This update seeks to address that and allow transaction to be completed normally. (SIG-2545)

  • Updates to Java and PDF rendering technologies, as well as API to OFAC/KYC vendor. Note that the previously deprecated 'select' authentication method will no longer be supported when sending a real SSN/DOB. (SIG-2609, 2610, 2750, 2751, 2816, 2854, 2869)

  • Improved internal reporting capabilities (SIG-2705, 2721)

  • Improved SIGNiX rendering of fonts and justification in text fields to better match submitted PDF formatting. (SIG-2781)

  • Fixed bug where 21CFR11 graphic was being displayed on signatures that weren't 21CFR11. (SIG-2789)

  • Increased submitted <Value> limit in text fields to 512 characters. (SIG-2818)
