User Experience 

  • As part of our ongoing 2026 effort to improve user experience best practices, SIGNiX is changing the appearance of buttons in the application to better bring attention to tasks by implementing a primary/secondary buttons scheme. This results in a less cluttered interface and provides users with an improved sense of which button to click to move their workflows forward. (SIG-2957)

  • A new Document Dropzone has been added to the Dashboard. This allow users to simply drop a document or documents into the space to create a new transaction. This new feature simply provides an alternate way to start transactions, either with documents or with signers. (SIG-2964)

 

  • In Release 181, we provided administrators with the ability to customize their email content. As part of an effort to improve that functionality, we've not introduced the ability to revert changed emails back to the default template. (SIG-2903)

  • Reinforced field name and default value limits in Wizard (now restricted to 200 and 512 characters respectively). (SIG-2654)


Notary

  • Delivering on a highly requested feature, SIGNiX will now allow notaries to choose the length of the online Zoom meeting as opposed to having it always default to 60 minutes. Choices include, 15, 30, 45 and 60 minutes. (SIG-2967)

  • Fixed issue where API created online meetings were not displaying all relevant meeting information & options in the Wizard Status screen or in events. (SIG-3006, 3007)

  • Work to improve logic where returned name from credential analysis (IDVerify) wasn't matching name of signer (SIG-3057)

Architecture

  • Foundational elements laid for automated form field placement...more to follow! (SIG-2830)

  • Improved auto-sizing of font when user is typing, allowing for more characters to be typed into standard text fields. (SIG-3035)

  • Improved form field and radio button / checkbox compatibility. (SIG-2852, 3037)

  • Improved acceptance of longer file names, beyond 150 characters, and concatenate automatically above that. (SIG-3025)

  • Normalized interface elements across mobile screen sizes (SIG-3003)
  • Internal configuration changes resulting from email updates delivered in Release 181. (SIG-2871)
  • Resolved internal errors relating to email blocklist (SIG-2996)

Other Items

  • Fixed issue where Brand Center logo uploads could block critical UI elements. (SIG-2969)

  • Took another pass at improving visibility and sizing of rendered signatures on documents when using Topaz pads and font-based signatures. Users signing with a Topaz pad can now 'crop' and size their signature to better fit confines of the field. (SIG-3009)

  • Fixed rare issue with Address Book causing a datatable error (SIG-3034)
  • Fixed issue where changing the multi-line option in text fields wouldn't stick (SIG-3042)
  • Other minor internal updates and bug fixes (SIG-3012, 3015, 3021, 3036, 3038, 3044, 3049)
