API / Integration*

  • The Query Transaction Status (QTS) call used by some integrations in lieu of (or in addition to) push notifications has been updated to better display all signers and documents currently in the transaction. This fix also resolves the issue where some user-added documents weren't being represented in the QTS response. (SIG-2229)

  • ReadyDoX links can now be created via API (as opposed to just in MyDoX). This allow organizations to create transactions that can be re-used with a link that can be shared on your website or application. Contact SIGNiX if your organization is interested in this option. (SIG-2421)

  • Addressed issue where GetAccessLink calls for the signer that included a FinishURL were blocking the delivery of submitter commpletion emails. (SIG-2624)

User Experience 


  • Foundational work added to allow users in a future release to drag and drop text fields and other tasks PRIOR to adding signatures. If you'd like to try this feature out in beta / test, please let your SIGNiX account manager know! (SIG-2458, 2615, 2619, 2622, 2633, 2636, 2640)

  • Transactions can now be duplicated (as long as they are not yet signed) using the Save As control from the Wizard. (SIG-1174)

  • Added date range period to Advanced Search dialog in MyDoX allowing for easy shuffling back and forth of search date ranges. (SIG-2574)

  • Improved voice response for 'Call Me' option when receiving two-factor code -- added pauses between letters/numbers for ease of understanding. (SIG-2583) 

  • Resolved conflict between SSO / external IDP and individual digital certificate authentication processes. (SIG-2612)

  • Addressed minor UI issues with off-center dialogs. (SIG-2431)

  • Push notifications can now be configured in MyDoX , Mass Mailer™ and ReadyDoX™ transactions. Note this will require special setup to use.
